JadeWide-Web Labelstock/ Paper Slitter Rewinder
Thanks to its versatility, the Jade series is designed to efficiently slit and rewind a variety of pressure-sensitive materials (commonly referred to as labelstock) as well as different types of paper.
The machine can be tailored to meet specific finished roll requirements, offering a shafted rewind centre surface with differential rewind shafts or a shaftless rewind system with individual rewind stations. Both configurations use the linear tracking system to maintain perfect roll profile and tension by positioning away from the contact roller.
A key feature of the control system is its ability to adjust the speed of the driven contact roller, allowing for customizable winding profiles. Additionally, a vacuum roller is incorporated to maintain consistent tension isolation from the unwind stage through to the final rewind.
Designed for full-electric operation, the machine also offers automation options to streamline setup processes. To further enhance efficiency, electrically driven unloading trolleys are available for all models.
