Featuring full servo technology, the Opal label inspection narrow-web slitter rewinder is a high-performance machine equipped with a wide range of configuration options. This flexibility allows for quick setup and efficient processing of all materials commonly used by narrow web converters.
The user-friendly, full-color HMI operator interface simplifies job setup, providing complete tension control without requiring manual adjustments during operation. Additionally, the HMI system notifies the operator of any necessary actions before the job begins, ensuring smooth workflow management.
The machine includes ASHE's proprietary edge guide system as a standard feature, guaranteeing accurate roll winding. Splicing tables are conveniently positioned on the inspection table and before the slitting section, facilitating easy roll joining and correction of material errors.
