The Opal series of glueless turret slitter rewinders stand out in the industry for their exceptional performance. The automatic job changeover feature allows for quick transitions in just minutes, drastically reducing setup time. This continuous operation only pauses when the master roll is replaced or the printing process halts, maximizing productivity.
At ASHE, our patented core-start solution eliminates the need for glue or tape. The cinch mechanism ensures a flawless start on the new core at high speed, with a tuck- and fold-free finish. Additionally, the finished rolls can be securely closed with a plain or printed label, offering a fast, clean, and efficient way to produce completed rolls in record time.
