We are able to provide solutions for inline and offline turret winders, with widths of up to 4m and rewinding diameters of 1.5m. These units can come with a fully automatic cut and transfer at speed or with an accumulator and enjoy fully automatic tension control.

We have also manufactured a range of folding machines which can be manufactured with a manual rewind system or a 3 spindle automatic turret.

Using our previous experience of standard and custom slitting and rewinding machinery, we are able to supply equipment for various applications, such as machines for battery separator films, copper foils, hook and loop type materials, composite materials and glass (on a PET liner) for touchscreens.

Various machines for aluminium foils are also available designed for specific applications.
