DiamondWide-Web Duplex Slitter Rewinder
The Diamond Duplex Slitter Rewinder features a cantilevered twin-shaft design, providing a modular, budget-friendly solution while maximizing productivity. Based on our Sapphire S2 model, it delivers the capability to slit a wide variety of web-based materials.
Designed for ease of use, the Diamond slitter rewinder achieves speeds up to 500 m/min (1640 ft/min). It supports a maximum unwind diameter of 1000 mm (40”) and comes in widths ranging from 1000 mm (40”) to 1850 mm (73”).
With a modular design, this slitter rewinder can be tailored to meet specific requirements. It is available with either an integrated unwind for a seamless, one-piece unit or a separate unwind for easy access to the slitting station, accommodating additional equipment like perforation tools.
