ASHE Converting Equipment have been established for over 40 years and are a leading supplier of slitting and rewinding machinery for plastic films, laminates, papers, foils and all other web based materials.
From their base in Ipswich, United Kingdom the machines are engineered and assembled. Up to 90% of machine parts are manufactured from the facility with a range of CNC machining centres which ensure quality and repeatability. All software for the machines are developed ‘in house’ which gives our users the benefits of ease of operation and remote diagnostics directly from ASHE.
During the exhibition ASHE will be demonstrating machines from their Diamond series. A 1650mm (65”) wide automatic duplex turret will be on display. Since its launch in 2016, the machine has been a success for converters who are looking for a small footprint machine with maximum productivity and reduced machine downtime.
A 1350mm (53”) Diamond duplex (twin shaft) machine will also be in display. The displayed machine will show the different configurations of the Diamond range to give it the flexibility that users demand for different applications.
A narrow web inspection slitter rewinder will also be shown which accommodates its own 100% camera inspection system for product verification and logging / editing of any faults found in the materials previous processes.
